9/11 and the Terrorist Attack

 AHHHH! 9/11 is a tragic story for many but it is something we should all remember. 9/11, 2001 was a day of tragedy; Many people died and others watched in disbelief. It was a usual day for most of them. They woke up and went to work and suddenly at 8:46am a plane hit the north trade center in New York City. At first people thought it was an accident and someone just lost control since the towers were so high in the air. Little did they know they would soon find out it was no accident so people started evacuating. Many did know they were going to die so they called their family members and said their last goodbyes and I love you’s. Then soon after the first plane crashed there was one more at 9:03am that hit the other building more people screamed in terror and at 9:59 the second tower fell. That's around the time they found out it was not an accident it was an attack. People started taking pictures and some even caught people on camera jumping out of windows. Those same people caught on camera were faced with an impossible decision of either having to burn alive or jump out of this ginormous tower and die quickly. The many people who were witnessing this were screaming and crying because of the horrible situation. As they thought nothing could be worse than what was happening at 10:28 the first tower fell over and it was just chaos, sirens were beeping and people were screaming. Not only the people in the towers died but also heroes that risked their lives to save these terrified people. By that time 37 police officers were missing and dead including 2 paramedics and 200 firefighters. The next few days they were still looking through rumbles for survivors. There was not much luck though but they did find pictures and memorabilia.
