This article was about the zoo census. The zoo census is a time that the zoo keepers are finding all the animals down to the littlest insect and counting them. They are recording them down with all their needs and getting them the things that they need. Ricky, a rock hopper that was adopted by the zoo in 2011 by the zoo and might be getting a new friend or two. I think that this article is important because the people showing love and care to these animals and not just leaving them in their cages and not taking care of them. This is an example of an animal's good Samaritan. Those animals are counting on you.
