Man held after woman thrown onto subway tracks in Philadelphia

A man in custody after punching women in the head and throwing her on to the train tracks. He  faces assault, robbery, theft and reckless endangerment charges for the crime he committed.The attack occurred around 3:30 p.m on Tuesday in Philadelphia's Chinatown when he asked her for a lighter then he attacked her. "I tried to fight him off" the woman said.Why this is important is because there needs to be more security in the subway stations.One other resin is people need to make a plan to keep people safe in the stanchions .
