Parent New Way To Make You Punished

Parents Force Girl to Hold Sign as Punishment for Being Disrespectful. Tough Love or Too Much?

A 13 teen girl was forced to hold a sign in public for about an hour. The sign had "I’m a self-entitled teenager w/no respect for authority. I’m also super smart, yet I have 3 'D’s' because I DON’T CARE." Some people had took pictures and it has got on Facebook. Most people are being rude to them now and some people see why they are doing this to her. She started being like this when there brother died in Afghanistan in December 2011. I think this is important because I can see why they are doing this but I think there's a better way to fix this instead of making them hold a sign in public.
