Elephant baby won't be leaving

                                                                   Oregon zoo says baby elephant won't be leaving
The zoo in Oregon says that they are going to keep the female 300 pound baby even though they signed a contract saying that the elephant is going to be owned by California. The Oregon zoo says the elephant is going to live out her life within the walls of the Oregon zoo.I think this is important because if you sign a contract you can't back out of it when ever you feel like it. Another reason I think it is important is that you probably shouldn't take a baby elephant away from it's mother to a totally different zoo.
