Doctor: Injury to UH cornerback Hayden nearly always fatal

                                   University of Houston cornerback Hayden tore his main blood vessel to his heart. Most people who this happens to usually are in war or car crashes and there isn't any medical help for them. This was the first time ever that this had happened in sports. It happened when Hayden was trying to catch when he and a teamate collided. Docters explain how difficult the surgery was by saying " It was like trying to sew a wet kleenex together" The surgery was a success and now Hayden's back on the field. I thin this article is important because even at the most difficult times, we find a way to fix things. It's also important because it just shows the dangers of sports.
