Fifth Graders Charged With Murder Conspiracy Are 'Danger to Others'

Fifth graders were charged with a murder case because one  kid brought a knife and the other a gun and a third one that is secret because the kids gave him 80 bucks to be quite.They were going to "get" a girl because she was annoying and they just wanted her dead.I think that this is important because you don't even hurt someone even if they are annoying or anything else.
