I read an article about the question, can doing a simple action like clenching or squeezing a fist trigger your
memory. The studies showed that yes, doing a simple body motion can trigger your memory. Ruth Propper and colleagues from Montclair State University did this test and found the results positive. This is important because it can help many people remember different memories. When I am reading a paper and see a word misspelled I snap and I can mostly remember how that word is spelled because I have seen it spelled right before. I also think that this is important because when you are in a big test maybe try to clench a fist or do a motion and you might remember. You might just get an A in the next test if you study and then in the test clench a fist and you might remember. Click HERE to read more.
