Doctor who promised cancer cure faces sentencing

A little girl named Brianca has had brain cancer sense she was 3 years old. Her parents were struggling to find a cure. They went to the doctors office and the doctor said that there was an herb cure. The parents spent thousands of dollars getting the proper items to make the herbal tea. The doctor said that there was a 60-80% chance of it working. The tea was just a scam to get more money for the hospital. Brianca died in the summer of 2002. The doctor is sentenced to 6 years in prison. I think this is important because a little girl died for a scam, and the parents wasted thousands of dollars.
