Britain Is Forcing People to Inject Microchips Into Their Dogs

The Britain government was tried of lost dog so every dog has to get a microchips and logged. Antone who doesn't will have to pay a fine of $800. Officials said it would save taxpayers and Charity's about 9 million dollars. I think this is important because once again governments are just wasting money. Also I think dogs should be able to be free. On the other hand, now they with be able to find the way easier.
