Pennsylvania hoops senior stars despite disease which forces him to visit tanning salon every day

A senior in Pennsylvania has to go with a rare skin disease that makes him have to go to the tanning salon everyday. He is the best basket ball player and gets about 20 hoops in one game but yet he hasn't got to celebrate with his team because he has to go into the tan bed at least 8 min a day.  I think this is important because if this is a rare disease why all of a sudden should he get it.
