Man was warned about crossing street prior to being hit

In Millcreek, Utah a man was warmed not to cross the heavily traveled road by his neighbors. He was hit while crossing the road in his motorized wheelchair. On Saturday, if he had lived, the man would have turned 60.  To learn click on this link.
