2-Ton 'Alien' Horned Dinosaur Discovered


        Canadian scientist found a new dinosaur fossil that walked the earth 80 million years ago. This dinosaur is a distant cousin of the triceratops called Xenoceratops foremostensis. This triceratops is one of the oldest of its kind. I think this is important because dinosaurs are proof that things walked the earth before we did. To me this is also important because dinosaurs are very amazing and cool and its amazing that we found another dinosaur.


Xenoceratops (meaning "alien horned-face") had massive spikes at the top of its head, two hooks jutting from its forehead, and a ruffled shield around its neck.
